“No expense was spared to create this magnificent 2 Bedroom jewel in the heart of the West Village. With meticulous attention to detail, every inch has been renovated to perfection, creating a sophisticated urban residence blending prewar charm with contemporary style. 

Transforming the clients’ dreams to reality, the design intention of the west village aimed to create an incredible atmosphere that revolved around the elegance that the grand living room and dining room eminently radiated. At a grand scale the large restored casement windows define this space as its focal point to provide beauty not only  in the inside but the outside. Enhancing the views of the outside gardens and beyond the empire State Building, the windows draw in the daylight which bounces around the room’s light-colored palette, ultimately scattering when hitting the chandelier above the dining table.  

As the centerpiece of the client’s wishes, the living room is accentuated by a honed Nublado marble- clad wood burning fireplace to ad a warm yet contemporary touch. Accenting the living and dining space, is a windowed open-plan kitchen, offset from the entertaining area, featuring custom cabinetry, a white Carrara marble island, Gaggeneau and Sub-Zero appliances and Lefroy Brooks fixtures.

A large Master Bedroom fully outfitted with a wall of custom designed closets, offers the same tranquil beautiful views as the grand room. Additionally the penthouse includes studio room equipped to welcome any guest. Finally, a spa bathroom is outfitted with a glass-enclosed shower, radiant heated limestone floors, Rosa Aurora marble walls and Lefroy Brooks fixtures.”
