💖The Third Spiritual Law of Perfect Health is the Law of Inner Peace.
One of the things we find at the beginning when we go along the path of Perfect Health is that we are fighting with ourselves.
We are angry with our mistakes;
we hate our weaknesses;
we resist the new,
though we are looking for it ...
We want prosperity in every respect,
but we do not like the price we can have.
The solution to these internal conflicts is to understand and practice the Law of Inner Peace -
that peace of mind that can not be explained.
Subjectively,
but quite real,
personal tranquility is a grounded feeling.
When we drive away the care,
the pain,
the stress,
the fear,
we begin to notice the countless miracles of the world.
Internal peace is the understanding that it is all right that God rules everything even when our world seems ready to collapse.
The inner peace comes when we are mentally,
emotionally,
spiritually and sometimes physically relieved of our illness by another person with a problem or our responsibilities.
Internal peace becomes a reality when we shift the focus of our attention from the problem we can not solve to the hope that there is always another way to resolve it.
In this way,
we overcome the problem.
In this way,
we allow sadness and anxiety to fall away.
The bliss that remains is the inner peace.
My mother was like a world champion of worries.
From care he could not sleep.
For her life was dangerous and terrible;
the future -
a very bad feeling.
Her moments of calm were really very rare.
Do we regret the past,
our inner peace is over.
If we really want to go the path to Perfect Health and reach the goal of "inner peace and tranquility",
we must overcome the fear of the future and the regret of the past.
But these are only the biggest obstacles.
We still have to bypass the holes in this path,
filled with envy;
let us not deviate from impatience;
not to run into the idle streets of idleness;
to watch out on the ice-covered bridges of inertia.
We have to go the way;
the journey to Perfect Health can not be done with a car parked in the garage.
The path to inner peace goes through prayer meditation -
a forgotten or misunderstood practice.
Meditation accompanied by prayer is an excellent way to develop an increased sensitivity to all spheres of life.
It is the main means of achieving and maintaining peace and peace in the soul.
When we are embarrassed or attacked,
when we are irritated or self-help,
we are actually cut off from our potential for perfect health.
We concentrate on the worries and fear and miss ourselves to live.
Prayer meditation helps us to shift our attention to the present moment and to control mind and spirit.
We can forget about the cares and find out about the Divine Presence;
to realize it.
Prayer meditation has become a part of my life.
I have my "nest" -
a rocking chair and a table on which my favorite items are clustered.
He closed the door of the room,
sat down in the chair,
and immediately adjusted to the wave of tranquility and divine presence.
I meditate once a day for about 20 minutes.
If I'm worried -
longer or several times a day.
The technique I apply is the simplest:
my mind is awake,
but I allow it to relax.
I consciously do not allow negative thoughts and emotions.
And then I come into contact with God and I begin to realize his loving presence that envelops everything.
Many times I quietly repeat the word "peace".
This is my way to achieve peace and peace;
to calm the tension and to be in harmony with the world.
This is my way of implementing the Internal Peace Act.
Surely there are many other ways.
But they all have a common denominator -
the conscious quest for the comfort of the mind,
the concentration of the spirit,
in order to achieve peace and tranquility in the soul.
Many people associate inner peace with passivity and relaxation,
most likely because meditation is a notion of relaxation and inaction.
In fact,
it is true the opposite:
the deep sense of peace of mind is accompanied by a tide of great energy.
This is a state of mind,
spirit,
and body,
from which our most effective actions derive.
There are cases when the progress of the trip is measured in steps,
not by kilometers.
We fight.
The audience has disappeared.
We find nothing to appreciate.
It is as if our ability to donate and receive love has disappeared.
Or we are angry or depressed.
Or we feel guilty;
or we are experiencing too much responsibility for others ...
We want to give,
we try to help,
we try to love.
But all our attempts fail,
we are always in dead streets.
The peace and the rest that we seek,
escape us.
We are exhausted by the enormous effort.
Internal conflicts drain our resources;
soul peace disappears.
We are so engrossed in solving our inner struggles that we have too little energy to do something;
we are just present in the world.
The problem is not that we lack energy,
even when we feel tired.
We have energy.
The problem is that it is fragmented.
We need to find a way to gather it,
to stand on a firm footing.
The Law of Peace of Peace gives us this foundation.
To begin with,
we must declare an internal truce.
Even for a moment,
let us retire from the battles.
Let us also recognize the battles we lead and exhaustion.
This awareness brings us to a critical juncture:
either back to the battles,
or to tear,
release and soul rest.
When we choose to tear apart and do our meditation,
we get a perspective.
We believe that our internal conflicts are not eternal.
This releases a lot of energy that needs to be harnessed.
By practicing meditation,
we become more and more concentrated and serene.
Our emotional and spiritual energy is growing rapidly.
And we feel ready for action again,
refilled,
renewed,
capable of serving others.
Soul rest generates energy,
as we have found inner peace.
Efficient use of this energy means that we are less inclined to waste our valuable resources of regret,
care,
guilt and indecision.
This is a giant step on the path to Perfect Health.
Practicing the law enables us to become true peacekeepers.
Real peacekeepers are not those who end up fighting or fighting;
real peacekeepers are those who give the nobility and the serenity of their own soul.
Then we fill ourselves with positive powers and with a spirit that energizes.
And because this energy is used for good,
it grows,
satisfies our needs and is able to help others.
I believe that inner peace is this life-giving energy that can heal the world.
As the world wanders,
wars are fought,
truce contracts are signed that are continually violated,
and wars are again being waged.
The solution to the world's conflicts must be sought in the personality itself and only afterwards -
beyond it.
I believe that only inner peace is able to bring about lasting harmony in the world.
Our lives and the world around us are changing from simple simple things.
Conscious quest for peace and quiet is one of these actions.
If you look seriously on the journey to Perfect Health,
become peacemakers -
give peace to your soul.
Relax.
Update yourself.
Review your life.
Become friends with the indisputable Inner Peace Law. ❤✨💕💖
