Description:

Situated off a walk road with perspectives of the Pacific Ocean and Malibu coastline, this habitation is an activity in watchful space arranging. Working inside of the restrictions a thin 30 x 90-foot envelope, the configuration group stretched the house to the furthest reaches of stature, width, and profundity, which left little edge space to fulfill the customer’s craving for a greenery enclosure.

The arrangement was to make an open green space in the focal point of the structure, at the ground floor level. On one side of this are the youngsters’ rooms, on the other are the main room and shower, which open to what has turned into an inside Zen garden.
