Description:
A private occupant, fabricated between two, focal yards. A frontal yard uncovered to a profundity of three meters and the second patio at the level of the building’s ground floor. This geographical interface makes an interesting cross area to the building’s mass with every piece of the building, even the segment built as a storm cellar, being interested in its own particular yard.
The focal space of the kitchen, the lounge area and the parlor is open in two bearings – toward the west and toward the east. This gives an inclination that the space is continually wrapped by regular light and the greenery of the trees in the patio. The structure’s focal space, set in the focal point of the plot, is gotten to by means of a long scaffold that crosses the depressed patio and prompts the front door. From the extension, we can see the kids’ lounges which open into the storm cellar.
The house’s focal space ascends to a stature of six meters and is 17 meters long. There are no columns in the space and the whole front is straightforward with glass windows that slide separated with the guide of an electric engine. Along these lines, the whole inside of the home opens into the patio and the outskirt in the middle of inside and outside is wiped out. The swimming pool appears as though it stretches out into the structure and, when investigating the house from the yard, the house in reflected in the pool which reinforces our impression of the building’s mass.
The main room is determined to the second floor and opens onto the twofold space and the patio taking into account a perspective of the whole plot. The structures two supporting side dividers have been underlined, one was poured from uncovered, design concrete and on the other a substantial library ranges to its full height.
