Inspire Emotional Breakthroughs with This Playlist for Scorpio Season
Ready or not, this oh-so-Scorpio time of year is upon us. This playlist was created to help you usher in some calm as you charge through this emotionally-charged, intense season.
We have officially entered into Scorpio season—a time that yoga teacher and Philosophie founder, Sophie Jaffe, refers to as a season for change. (Actually, she called it a time for big, “dramatic breakthroughs in all areas of your life.”)
And while you know change can be good and important, it sure isn’t always easy. And whether you follow your daily horoscope like a compass for your life or think astrology is a hoax, there’s likely a lesson here for you.
This week, we will really experience the shift from a “graceful and nurturing Libra” season “into watery Scorpio, [which] carries a lot of weight and depth,” says Jaffe. “The energy of this season is coming in strong and powerful. It is a time to show up in your life and evolve.”
Over the course of the next few weeks, you may find yourself becoming more introverted than usual. There’s a reason for this, says Jaffe: It’s because you’re tapping into the full scope of your human existence. “Through this intense feeling, you’ll confront everything that you want most from this life—and learn to move forward from past traumas that hold you back, whether it’s through forgiveness, confrontation, or transformation.”
Big work, to be sure. Which is why we created this playlist, aimed at helping you tap into your inner strength and intuition in order to make whatever transformation you’re in for smoother.
