既然有緣到此一訪,
何妨放鬆一下妳(你)的心緒,

這裡是一個完全開放的交心空間,
躺在綠意漾然的草原上,望著晴空的藍天,
白雲和微風嬉鬧著,無拘無束的赤著腳,
可以輕輕鬆鬆的道出心中情。

天馬行空的釋放著胸懷,緊緊擁抱著彼此的情緒。
共同分享著彼此悲歡離合的酸甜苦辣。
互相激勵,互相撫慰,互相提攜,
一齊向前邁進。

 who is your life partner?
Your Mom?
Dad?
Wife?
Son?
Husband?
Daughter?
Friends?
For Nothing!
Your true life partner is your body.
Once your body stops answering, no one is with you.
You and your body are together since you're born until you die.
What you do to the body is your responsibility and that comes back.
The more you take care of your body, your body will take care of you.
What you eat, what you do to be fit. How you deal with your stress, how much rest you give; it will decide how your body will answer you.
Remember that your body is the only permanent home you have.
Your body is your active / Passive, that no one else can share.
Your body is your responsibility. Because you are his true life partner.
Be in shape. Take care of yourself. Money goes and comes. Relatives and friends are not permanent.

Remember, no one else can help your body than you.

 pranayama - for the lungs.

 Meditation-for the mind.

 Yoga-for the body.

 walk - for the heart.

 good food - for the intestines.

 prayer and good thoughts - for the soul.
