📚THE SHOW📖
The show that is at the end of the sea
In the pitch-black night he rose to fly;
Around the ship he flew three times,
It flew three times sizzling,
And he said: «Who dared to enter
In my caves that I don't discover,
My black roofs from the end of the world? »
And the rudderman said, trembling:
«El-Rei D. João Segundo!»
«Whose candles are I brushing against?
Whose keels do I see and hear? »
Said the showman, and ran three times,
Three times it was filthy and thick.
«Whoever comes to be able to do what only I can,
I live where no one ever saw me
And drain the fears of the bottomless sea? »
And the rudderman trembled and said,
«El-Rei D. João Segundo!»
Three times from the helm the hands lifted,
Three times at the helm he reproached them,
