🍀💙Is the silence of some people another word...?
Speech is a signifying act which translates a thought, or,
equally,
a reproach.
Silence expresses a feeling,
an attitude,
but it never clearly states a content of thought.
Speech opens thought outwards,
silence closes it in on itself.
When the word no longer circulates,
when one does not have the courage to face up to events,
and when one forgets the years of friendship,
this is always a cause of misfortune or great disappointment.
Also,
it is never good for a silence to respond to a word,
or to a writing,
especially if the latter is objectively relevant.
and not unethical.
As much as the word reveals the thought,
so much the silence locks it up on itself.
From silence arises confusion,
misunderstanding,
incomprehension.
One can remain silent out of cowardice,
in order to contain a surge of anger,
following a publication which only recounts proven facts,
abnormal turpitudes,
expresses disapproval,
etc.
If speech can be interpreted in several ways,
this is even truer for silence.
Speech maintains social,
moral and affective ties between people and strengthens friendship.
Silence in many cases confuses them and therefore tends to pervert them.
The rule should be sincere conversation,
without taboos,
in order to dissipate the "clouds" between human relations.
Finally,
it is not through silences,
sometimes incomprehensible,
that we come into contact with others,
that we resolve conflict situations,
that we think and that we have the possibility of expressing what that we feel about such and such a situation...
