🌹💙I hide my tears and my pain because it's hard to explain what's in my heart. 

It's not easy to carry on and pretend that everything is fine, 

there is a silence that torments me and an absence that burns me inside. 

So I look ahead, 

lower my eyes and smile at the world, 

because others like me have pain and tears too, 

but a smile helps to hope, 

a smile helps to love...
