in the night to keep me company,

I don't need lights on to see you

I listen to you with my eyes closed.

What was the meaning of the tears shed in company,

if loneliness looks at me now

and my lips have no more words

to tell tomorrow.

What is it that I have lost?

The warmth of a hug for a cold goodbye,

of an Angel without creed and prayers ...

In this narrow suburb.

How many words would I still have to say to you friend,

but these walls don't listen,

I am a barrier that separates you from my world

and from every sound that is out there.

I will find the courage to open the door

and say hello to all that obscures me,

I will dare to defy the light that blinds,
