when they asked her how you are, 

she replied: 

“everything is fine”.

 And damn, 

it was true. 

There was nothing wrong.

She simply couldn't answer, 

"I'm fine." 

Things were going well, sure. 

But, 

evidently, 

she was not 'the things'.

There is a subtle difference between "everything is fine" and "I'm fine". 

In the first case it's about what happens around you; 

in the second case, 

of what you have inside.

It's a subtle, very subtle difference. 

Almost abysmal. 

Like a pin on a balloon.

So subtle. 

Which can make you explode...
