Until I can see you my eyes perfectly closed.

I would hold your hand in mine. 

I would draw all the lines from your palm until it becomes a track, 

a card, 

that I could trace on my own palm whenever.

I would not feel lost.

I would immerse you and I would breathe you until there is

only one thing that I cannot remember at some point.

But more than anything, 

if I had one more day with you,

I would keep you close.

I would hold you so tight, 

hoping that maybe if.

I would not let go of you.

You would not have to leave...
