The lungs of the earth needed to breathe... +01
The lungs of the earth needed to breathe...
Trees trembled to be felled.
People hated more than loving. Selfishness and pride had taken over the world.
Parents needed to spend more time with the kids.
The rich thought money bought happiness.
The footballer was more successful than everyone's health.
Football courts filled to clap and now he goes out to the balconies to applaud doctors and nurses who put their lives at risk for you and me.
Stress made our hearts tremble, unbalanced a horror movie and now it's our story and we must be strong.
And the races raised great borders and the temples divided by denomination and beliefs. They thought there is only one God on his throne who rules over all and took charge of making men face. They told them that the only good seed is love with which the planet was created and they put dogmas, rites, holy water and that was not the love that God had taught men.
And now a virus comes to show us how fragile we are and that even the world powers sold us mirrors of colors and that no country is better than another, but the bad is hidden and a virus brings it to light.
They made us run after a carrot and forget about our surroundings, our children, our parents. We paid plane travel in quotas because it was essential to know other places to be happy and now planes have spread our evil everywhere, they are transporters of unhappiness and sadness.
And now we all fear for everyone and realize there are others, but a foot and a half and no hugs.
They made us fight to have the best car that gets us nowhere today, it's saved...
One day suddenly the world stopped and then the earth began to breathe pure air.
And the waters came back to crystallized.
And the animals began to dwell in peace.
And the stars were seen in their splendor without smock.
Nature is so magical that she is cleaning herself from the evil we did... and we are locked up and they celebrate their freedom.
People in their distance realized they loved each other.
And they stayed home.
And they read books...
And they thought and rested...
The family was back together or understood what was pushing them away.
The rich not being able to leave home had to settle for some bread buns and discovered that amassing his own food with love is a blessing from heaven.
People applauded from their balconies to the true heroes of this time and greeted their neighbors and presented themselves with name and surname.
Our minds serenated because there was no rush or work to be done, everything was stopped...
And when everything was about to burst, the whole world came together turning the five continents into just one... and we were all one.
We were afraid, afraid of the unknown, fear of the uncertainty of the duration of the pandemic, to infect me, to infect... Fear for our family, and even more so for the small and elderly, for our friends and generally much uncertainty and unease.
And suddenly everything stops 100 % and that's when we understand the value of little things, right at the moment they take them away from us...
We understand the value of the important things we used to take no importance to and were taken for granted. They started acquiring another nuance, and we gave it its real importance.
The healing power of hugs, the smell of your family, laughing with friends for any insignificance, walking on the beach and feeling the sea breeze....
We understood that putting together a clover even if it's three leaves and being happy, it was wonderful and we regret complaining and screaming...
And today there are thousands and billions of small moments that now become relevant.
We are living something unusual, the year the earth alone forced the world to stop.
We were rich and we didn't know it... We toast for an amazing year 2020 and crashed our glasses with joy... and we learned that you have to be careful with wishes because they are fulfilled...
Year 2020 what a lesson are you giving us...
This year 2020 our resume will say "I've been washing my hands"
Everything will happen and we'll be better...
